this is an oak leaf, in California, one cannot cut down an oak tree to build, one must build around the oak tree.

this is the other neighbor's crib, our client's house must steer away from their view. the future "party house" may contain some nudity.
this is part of the client's 25,000 sq ft land, his mansion will be approx 11,000 sq ft. amazing~
