Progress Project

I am working with a motivational coach. Currently stuck but detaching myself from this adhesive. The first step is the write everything down in order to clearly see the picture. I have acknowledged I need change and now the next procedure is to figure out the "what".

I woke up bright and early on Saturday morning, sat on my balcony and shifted my seat to obtain the best view - it was as if i was in a forest of greens with trees of various physicality, tall, short, skinny, lifeless, etc.

My goals for the week of July 20, 2009:
1. Work out to relieve stress 3 times this week - run, cycle and yoga.
2. Find 2 artists to exhibit at the studio.
3. Get a smog check and tune up.
4. Make a charismatic comeback!
5. Cut out candies, munch on veggies/fruits instead.
